High-rise storage systems

Whenever large volumes need to be stored or the available space is limited, high-rise storage systems ensure perfect warehousing logistics while maximizing space utilization.

  • High flexibility and storage capacity are ensured by shelf loading/unloading systems operating in parallel in several aisles
  • Material is taken to and from the storage system using our own conveying system

Area storage system

Our automatic area storage systems with vacuum lifting beam enable access to each individual panel in a panel stack thus allowing optimal order picking of stacks to be dispatched or panel supply to processing plants. Hence, wood-based panels coming in different types and sizes can be stored.

Storage of panel stacks on conveyor elements

For small to medium-sized volumes and specifically as a buffering system, storage systems with conveyors fixed-mounted to the floor have demonstrated their utility.  These systems can be designed as multi-storey facilities and offer optimum space utilization also in halls with low ceilings. In this process, we adapt the conveyor system to the applicable material, to the desired stack size and to the weight.

  • The storage system allows for fully automatic operation 24 hours per day

Panel and stack rotation & turning

Our handling systems include devices for automatic horizontal turning of single panels and panel stacks as well as panel turnover machines for panel and stack turnover.
