The furniture production industry is placing increasingly greater importance on fully automatic batch-size-one manufacturing. Its revolutionizing compact circular workcell concept integrates innovative details into an economically attractive solution.

The average production capacity of the panel saw is 1500 parts per shift, i.e. 3 to 5 parts per minute, depending on the cutting plan mix. The design of the brush tables provides gentle handling & transport, and absolute freedom of cutting planes allows for optimized material utilization. The production control system adapts the production lots exactly to the manufacturing process. Cut-to-size parts – already oriented depending on the downstream processing steps – are taken out of the circular workcell and labelled.  Moreover, the ls 1 can be interlinked with all upstream or downstream workcells in order to increase production capacity.
