Work is not everything. It is our good fortune that our main production site in Schwarzach is situated in the Vorarlberg region, close to the Lake Constance, which beautifully combines magnificent nature, fascinating architecture and inspiring culture. Located halfway between the Vorarlberg Capital, Bregenz, and the small town of Dornbirn, all highlights of the region are just a stone's throw away.

The region around Bregenz is widely known as a cultural centre – through the Bregenz Opera Festival, the Bregenz Spring International Dance Festival or the Bregenz House of Culture that dedicates an exhibition to contemporary artists four times a year. Also the modern architecture of this area is impressive and can be explored on tours of the VAI – the Dornbirn-based Institute of Architecture in Vorarlberg. The little town of Feldkirch with its medieval scene, which offers a completely different architectural experience, organizes not only classical concerts but also an alternative and pop culture festival – the “poolbar-Festival” – every summer.

And there are lots of possibilities for those who want to be active: Biking and walking routes, many miles long, offer fantastic walking, cycling and mountain biking opportunities. The Lake Constance is very popular with both sailors and swimmers, and the mountains turn into a winter wonderland every winter and are a paradise for winter sports fans.

Moreover, we are situated at the heart of Europe: Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein are just a few minutes by car; Italy and France, a few hours.
