Our training philosophy

The people who work in the company are the foundation upon which our globally renowned technologies are built. In order for this to remain the case, we make a standard practice of providing young people with the best possible training. And that’s really the secret to optimally starting a future-oriented professional career. One basic assumption we make is a sense of initiative and commitment among our apprentices, because only then can we impart our knowledge to the young people and make sure that we have young qualified specialists in our company.

To this end, we offer you a quality apprenticeship and also good career prospects after your apprenticeship at IMA Schelling. In fact, we prepare young people for their future career in our company. That means we give all apprentices a guarantee of one year's employment once they have successfully completed their apprenticeship. But this is not the only convincing argument for an apprenticeship at IMA Schelling.

We have been awarded BEST PLACE TO LEARN for our in-company training. This German seal of quality is awarded to companies that demonstrably provide young people with excellent qualifications and prepare them optimally for their working lives.
