Fully automated batch size 1 for Coulidoor Group
The French interior designer Coulidoor invests in an fully automated batch size 1 plant with storage, cut-to-size, edge- banding and robot sorting from IMA Schelling as well as a drilling station from Priess & Horstmann. With the new plant, Couilidoor will be able to produce much more automatically and flexibly in the fu- ture and increase its production output by around 40 %.
Supplier Pantarei invests in another high-performance line
Pantarei, one of the largest Italian sup- pliers from the province of Pesaro/Urbi- no, has once again opted for a high-per- formance production line from IMA Schelling in cooperation with the Italian handling partner Sirio. Due to the selec- ted equipment, an output of up to 40 workpieces per minute is possible. The delivery will take place in December 2021 and will considerably increase the capacity in the 3-shift operation.
New production concept for Raumin AG
Interior fitter Raumin AG from Liechten- stein invests in a new storage and cut-to- size combination from IMA Schelling. In order to make optimum use of the exis- ting production area, the area storage is being built on the second level above the fh 4. In addition to higher performance and quality, the new concept also enables a significantly optimised material flow.
