Tech'n'Talents Festival at IMA Schelling Germany was a complete success

Our third Tech'n'Talents Festival took place at our site in Lübbecke on 24.08.2024.

With the Tech'n'Talents Festival, we want to give school pupils and all other interested parties the opportunity to get to know our various training professions better. In doing so, we rely above all on our trainees, who help to look after all visitors on this day. This means we are always close to the younger generation and can respond to their needs in a more targeted way. And who else, if not the trainees, could tell us more aboute the training, its process and the vacational school.

With our various hands-on activities, visitors were able to get to know the 17 different training occupations and, among other things, build a festival souvenir in our do-it-yourself area.

Our trainees offered an exchange of experiences and general questions at various small stands on the training professions, which was very well received by the visitors - a conversation at eye level.

During a tech tour through our company, visitors got to know the compan and its products and gained a small insight into the function of our machines in the technical center.

The festival program was rounded off with a meet&greet with the trainers as well as an application portfolio check and the oppotunity to simulate a recruitment test. Visitors were able to pick up valuable tips and tricks for an even more successful application.
