Our service advisors: your central point of contact
Our service advisors are the first point of contact for our customers when it comes to service matters. They act as a central interface and coordinate communication between customers and the respective specialist departments, be it for spare parts, maintenance, modernization or training. Our service advisors deal with all concerns and initiate all necessary internal processes - across all locations and product areas.
New additions to the Service Sales/Consulting team
Our Service Consulting/Sales team is pleased to announce some exciting changes. These changes will strengthen our customer service and ensure continuous, high-quality advice and support.
Steffen Wöstehoff
Since July of this year, Steffen Woestehoff has taken over the management of the customer base from Steffen Bünemann, who left us in December. With his experience and commitment, Steffen Woestehoff will seamlessly build on the outstanding work of his predecessor.
Jörg Matuschke
We are also pleased to welcome Jörg Matuschke as a new service consultant at the IMA Schelling Group as of July 15, 2024. With his extensive expertise, he will enrich our team and support our customers in all service matters.
Frederik Rüter
Furthermore, Frederik Rüter will gradually take over the support of Rüdiger Holtmann's customer base, who will be going into well-deserved retirement in the medium term. Frederik Rüter will work closely with Rüdiger Holtmann during this transition phase to ensure a smooth transition and guarantee the usual quality of service for you.
