Solutions for gentle handling of aluminium, plastic and printed circuit boards

Whether you are conveying very thin printed circuit boards, acrylic plates electrostatically adhering to each other or heavy PE and aluminium panels – we offer the right vacuum feeder for every material.
If desired, this may also be combined with a lift table.

  • In order to automatically separate and align 0.03 to 1.60 mm thick printed circuit boards, we use special vacuum pick-up devices for thin panels.

  •  Plastic panels made from PETG, PET or acrylic are electrostatically charged and hence attracted to one another. With our vacuum conveying systems, we can easily separate the panels with hundred percentage guarantee, then align them without the use of an alignment fence to form a package and finally transfer them to panel cutting saw.
  • In order to convey panels made from very heavy plastics such as PE, PA, etc., we generally use vacuum belt feeder devices for automatically feeding material to the panel cutting cells. This type of vacuum conveyor system is particularly suitable for handling of heavy loads.

  •  Aluminium panels are usually directly carried to the saw by the vacuum pick-up devices used in one of our automated storage systems. In this process, several panels can be placed beside each other or on top of each other when they enter the panel cutting cell. This makes the feeding process particularly efficient.

The advantages of our vacuum conveying systems at a glance

  • Scratches will not be generated on the panels, i.e. good surface quality is achieved
  • Specifically thin panels, which are electrostatically charged and hence attracted to one another, can be handled without any problem
  • Small quantities of panels can easily be taken from chaotic storage systems
  • Panels can easily be turned
  • Different panels can be repositioned to form a package in an uncomplicated manner
