ZIMBA.portal is the entry into the ZIMBA world.
The portal serves as a prerequisite for the expandable range of functions of all ZIMBA modules.
ZIMBA.ticket offers you fast and qualified support through a ticket system and spare parts management.
With the time-based maintenance manager, maintenance can be scheduled & documented on time and assigned to employees accordingly.
Ticket.client
Our Ticket.client is available to you free of charge for new machines and includes a 24-hour online ticket system with which you can create service tickets directly at the machines. You can view the current processing status at any time and enter into dialog with the IMA Schelling hotline technicians. For used machines an offer can be requested as an option.
