Our high-performance BIMA Px80 gantry machine gives you new and particularly innovative ways to meet the challenges imposed by your applications. 

Whether you are working in the third dimension using a 5-axis head or producing seamless free-form design parts using the patented IMA Laser Edging method or the innovative patented AEK fine finishing unit – a machine of the BIMA Px80 series provides you with the technology you need to gain a competitive edge. In this process, the BIMA Px80 can be adapted without difficulty to meet your individual production requirements.

  • Simultaneous sizing and edge processing of two workpieces on tandem worktables
  • Synchronous processing of complex workpiece shapes 
  • Optional worktable systems that set themselves up fully automatically
  • Three-dimensional machining with 5-axis head
  • Edge banding with hot-melt glue or with laser for a truly seamless edge, can be also combined on one machine
  • VT 100 edge banding unit with automatic angle adjustment up to 45°
  • Fully automatic AEK fine finishing unit with up to 3 different profiles in one unit
  • 360° PPU multi-function unit with integrated saw, for drilling at any angle
  • Optional connection of fully automatic feeders and stackers (linear gantry or robots) allowing cell integration into a manufacturing system
