Innovative, flexible and highly productive

By continuously extending the possibilities of the powerful, fully automatic drilling systems of the IMAGIC series, we systematically pursue the objective of supplying “everything from one source”:  throughfeed edge banding, drilling as well as conveying and handling. These compact and space saving machines are used in industrial production. Depending on the requirement, they can be configured for true batch-size-one manufacturing as well as for small, medium or large batch production.

IMAGIC flex

Flexibly configurable – The IMAGIC flex is capable of processing even the most complex hole patterns in a throughfeed process and hence allows high volume production at a low cost per part. It offers extremely flexible design and equipment options.

IMAGIC hybrid

For more product variance – The 'IMAGIC hybrid' high-volume drilling machine is used in industrial large batch production. It combines two technologies on one machine: exchangeable drill heads and separately selectable drill spindles.

With the IMAGIC L1 throughfeed drilling machine, IMA Schelling together with its technology partner Zimmer Group developed a novel drilling concept for true highly flexible batch-size-1 production that requires no setup at all.
