The high-performance Combi.cut panel cutting cell for custom production of furniture combines the advantages of both panel cutting technologies, i.e. routing and sawing, on one machine. It is the ideal solution for manufacturing systems with a production capacity of 3000 to 4000 parts per shift. It stands out with its high cost-effectiveness and minimum floor space requirements of only 123 m².
Maximum productivity, flexibility and precision
Our Combi.cut is an excellent choice for flexible and cost-effective high-performance panel cutting in the custom production of office furniture, kitchen furniture, bathroom furniture and living furniture. The panel cutting cell optimally combines the fast sawing technology for accurate rip cutting of raw panels and the flexible milling technology for cross-cutting of the strips. The strip buffering system allows both panel cutting processes to be decoupled from each other and thus increases production capacity. Moreover, the flexibility of the routing centre enables additional milling work, such as production of large apertures and cut-aways for back panels or table tops.
The rugged design of the Combi.cut prevents forced vibrations and increases precision. This also ensures high reliability for many years, very long tool service life and minimum maintenance cost.
