Meeting each other in a relaxed atmosphere in the Grill & Chill area and getting to know apprenticeships and dual study programmes in DIY activities: that is the principle of IMA Schelling's Tech'n'Talents Festival. IMA Schelling held the festival in June 2022 at the Lübbecke site with great success, reaching numerous interested parties. "Our claim is to develop the best concepts in the individual personnel disciplines. New and bold solutions have to be found, especially in the training and university sector," explains HR Manager Lars von der Wellen.

Success at the prestigious Human Resources Award

IMA Schelling submitted the project to the HR Excellence Award. After beating out numerous competitors there and making it onto the shortlist among the top 4, Kira Piel and Kristin Homann from the Marketing and HR departments presented the Tech'n'Talents Festival to the jury in a pitch on 25 November 2022 in Berlin. Industry giants such as BOSCH, McDonalds, Siemens, Peek & Cloppenburg and Deutsche Bahn were also nominated in the various categories and were on hand. And IMA Schelling's original format was also convincing in the pitch and was awarded the coveted prize in the category "Trainee and University Marketing" at an impressive gala at the TIPI at the chancellery in the evening.

"We are very happy that we were able to inspire the jury. IMA Schelling is a great company and a lot is currently happening in all areas. The award shows us once again that we are on the right track," emphasises von der Wellen.
