Manual panel cutting saws fm 6/8/10/12

Accurate and efficient – High dimensional accuracy and excellent cutting capacity are the key strengths of our manual panel cutting saws of the fm series. The combination of heavy duty mechanical engineering, powerful motors and sophisticated design features allows for maximum efficiency and flexibility.

  • Extremely high cutting capacities and excellent serviceable life expectancy through the use of a minimal quantity lubrication system for the saw blade
  • Motor power ratings ranging from 27 to 68 kW

For batch production and batch-size-1 production – Our fully or partially automated sawing cells for industrial cutting of panel-shaped non-ferrous metals and their alloys perfectly meet the requirements placed on a highly productive batch production or highly individualized production. They can be integrated without any problem in existing or newly designed production lines.

Automatic Manipulation Device (AMD)

Fully automated cutting of aluminium panels – The Automatic Manipulation Device (AMD) allows you to automate the cutting process of our fm 10 and fm 12 manual panel cutting saws. The handling system with manipulation on flat surfaces reduces the dead times of the saw, which significantly increases efficiency.

High Volume Automation (HVA)

Maximum efficiency for large batch production – Whether manual panel cutting saw or automated panel cutting cell, we offer automated feeding solutions depending on the requirements for all our saws for cutting of aluminium and non-ferrous metal panels. 

These HVA solutions can supply material from the panel storage system via a feeder loading station simultaneously to a number of panel cutting cells. In this process, automatically aligned panels are fed into the processing machine. The aerospace industry (aluminium) and rolling mills, with their particularly high demands placed on productivity, continuous duty capacity and precision, benefit specifically from these automated feeder solutions.
