For an optimal, cost-effective utilization of your production equipment, we offer area storage systems and high-bay warehouses, feeders and stackers, robotic solutions as well as buffering and sorting systems.

 

Panel storage systems

Our storage systems for plastic sheets, construction materials and lightweight panels are tailored to meet the criteria of your materials. For example, the best storage option for thin panels – which are difficult to separate – is our area storage system with cassette-drawer system. If desired, we will also optimize storage systems purchased from sub-suppliers in order to be able to ensure practical automated production for your company.

Vacuum feeders

Our vacuum conveying systems for miscellaneous materials and applications will feed parts to your saws in an absolutely efficient manner. We can handle

  • printed circuit boards and thin plastic sheets, aligned without the use of an alignment fence
  • electrostatically charged plastic sheets and panels
  • heavy plastic panels
  • aluminium panels up to 5 t
  • steel plates (feeders use magnet technology)

Robotics

Our robots are multitalented. They will feed material to the saw and, if desired, stack cut pieces – depending on equipment and programming. Moreover, they will separate alloys so as to form homogeneous stacks of workpieces and remnants, or they will feed parts to the processing machine or take parts away from the machine.

Sorting & stacking

The sorting and stacking of plastic and aluminium sheets & panels, printed circuit boards or panel-shaped composite materials places particularly great demands on the applicable workcell solution. We offer manual and automated stacking solutions for plastics, aluminium as well as construction and composite materials.
